She has been with the firm since 2007. She graduated with a law degree from the University of Silesia, where she also completed Postgraduate Studies in Real Estate Valuation and Management. After completing an internship with the Upper Silesian Association of Real Estate Managers, she obtained the professional title of real estate manager in 2009, licensed by the Minister of Infrastructure. She completed her legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Katowice, under the patronage of legal advisor Jacek Sznajder, and was admitted to the list of legal advisors in 2013. An experienced, respected lawyer and legal representative, she specializes in providing comprehensive services to businesses and local government units, and also works with individual clients. In 2018, she was admitted to the register of legal advisers. She has professional experience in providing legal services to businesses, local government units, housing associations, and property managers. In recent years, she has practiced in cases against insurers and banks, successfully pursuing her clients' rights in court, including in Swiss franc cases. A PhD candidate at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw, she is an associate at the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies at the University of Warsaw, and a lecturer at the independent Department of European Economic Law at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. Her expertise and research interests include European Union law, competition and consumer protection law, media market regulation, and human rights. She is the head of the PRELUDIUM grant funded by the National Science Centre. She is the author of numerous scientific and popular science publications and an experienced speaker at national and international conferences. She has undertaken research trips to universities such as University College Dublin, the University of Manchester, and the Max-Planck-Institut für Innovation und Wettbewerb in Munich. A lawyer specializing in European funds and access to cultural assets in the Department of Constitutional, International, and European Law at the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights. She graduated with distinction from law studies at the University of Warsaw and completed an LL.M. in European Competition Law and Regulation at the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, she spent a year at Maastricht University. In the past, she gained professional experience working in the competition law departments of international law firms and during an internship at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Competition.
